How MANCHA works, what we keep, and the rules of the game — explained the way we are: straight.
When you create an account, apply as an artist or join the waitlist, we keep your name, email and — depending on the case — city, bio, Instagram or portfolio.
When you bid, we keep the amount and the piece. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. MANCHA never sees or stores your card number.
To confirm your bids, let you know if you won a piece, and coordinate payment and shipping.
If you joined the waitlist, to notify you when there are new artists or the next season opens.
We don't sell your data to third parties. We may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used, without identifying you personally.
By bidding on a piece you commit to pay if you're the highest bidder when the season closes. It's not a reservation — it's a binding bid.
If you win and don't complete payment within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to offer the piece to the next highest bidder and to disable your account.
As a buyer, you pay exactly what you bid. There are no additional charges on the buyer's side — no commissions, no service fees, no surprises.
The breakdown of the sale is an internal matter between MANCHA and the artist. As a buyer, all you need to know is that what you bid is what you pay.
Shipping is coordinated by email directly with the artist once payment is confirmed, case by case.
MANCHA acts as an intermediary to facilitate coordination, but is not responsible for delays or damage that occur during transit once the piece has been dispatched.
We use essential cookies so the session works. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to us. We do it, no questions asked.
For any question about your data, a bid, or anything — write to us at mancha.gallery@gmail.com. We reply promptly.
